6 months to ensure many years of enjoyment. It is also recommended to protect your jewelry by having it insured.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds, exchanges or store credit will be issued within 10 days from the date of purchase on Items returned. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt in showroom condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Where applicable, Items need to be in the original box with warranty cards and instruction booklets. This policy does not apply to special orders, custom orders, or items altered or repaired by another jeweler.
